Last week, I considered doing a videoblog to document the end of each of my runs but I re-considered. No one wants to see video of a grown man crying or best said, I don't want to produce a video of myself crying. I balance lots of things at one time and lately I'm too tired to sit and edit myself. In that vain, "Damn, damn, damn" is pretty much how I could sum the entire week.

You need to keep your wits about you and act quickly. Otherwise, you will be forced to "react" and the assailant has the upper hand. He or she already has a plan. You should have a plan too.
