I am excited to announce the addition of NEW classes to the KINETIC Sculpt™ OUTSIDE offerings. Making its debut this Friday is our Most Demanding Class yet! KINETIC Sculpt™ On-the-RUN. KINETIC Sculpt™ On-the-RUN is a fast paced non-stop traveling workout in and around New York City. This class is for runners, triathletes and fitness enthusiasts who want to push past their boundaries. The intention of this workout is to increase your speed, strength, stamina and mental focus. We will meet up, leave for a cross-training run and return in an hour. Whatever you carry with you, you will be taking with you so pack light. How many miles we will cover will vary based on the efficiency of the group. No one gets left behind. Everyone will get what they need. Sportsmanship is key. Our run begins with a dynamic warm-up and movement prep. Because of the physically challenging nature of this workout, pre-approval is required. You should have taken the KINETIC Sculpt™ Intro class to participate or be able to demonstrate a history of consistent exercise. I need to be confident that you have the skill-set to do this workout with integrity. Once we set out on a run, we are moving non-stop. There will be a few water breaks at designated water fountains. Everyone is encouraged to keep up. You WILL engage in physical exercises along the way from core strength to strength training to sprint
