Q on Skin Care

Q on Skin Care

Having beautiful muscles is one thing, while having beautiful skin is another. Learning to care for your body can be a simple as one, two, three. So often we’ve seen uneven, dull skin. What can one do to insure a healthy glow all over without having to cover up with the old stand by, “Vaseline” which leaves your clothing an oily mess. I like to start with Sea Salt, yes, nothing is more invigorating than a terrific Sea Salt Scrub. My favorite just happens to be L'Occitane Verbena Body Salt Scrub. You can use this two ways, on either damp skin ,or on dry skin. I personally like to jump into the shower for a quick lather rinse first, and then turn the shower head to the side while I take a few minutes to rub in a circular motion, sea salt all over my body. Once you do this, simply rinse, and dab dry. Sea Salts are usually loaded with minerals and natural oils, helping to remove dead skin from the surface, while leaving your skin feeling moist to the touch. Depending on your skin texture you may wish to skip or add a light moisturizer. Of course if you’re headed for the outdoors remember to use SPF. - Quinntin
